Bright Memory: Infinite - A Lightning-Fast Fusion of FPS and Action

Bright Memory: Infinite is a video game developed by FYQD-Studio and published by FYQD-Studio and PLAYISM. It is a sequel to the popular Bright Memory, but features an all-new world, improved battle system and level design. It was released for PC on November 11, 2021 and is coming soon to Xbox Series X|S.

The game combines the first-person shooter and action genres to deliver a high-octane experience. Players can mix and match a wide variety of skills and abilities to unleash dazzling combo attacks on their enemies. They can also use their trusted sword to slash through crowds of enemies and even repel their gunfire. The guns in the game can be customized with different types of ammunitions, such as incendiary bombs, sticky grenades, homing missiles and more.

The game is set in the year 2036, when a strange phenomenon for which scientists can find no explanation has occurred in the skies around the world. The Supernatural Science Research Organization (SRO) has sent agents out to various regions to investigate this phenomenon. It is soon discovered that these strange occurrences are connected to an archaic mystery – an as-of-yet unknown history of two worlds, about to come to light.

The game features stunning graphics, fast-paced gameplay, wall-running, swordplay, boss fights and more. It is created by a one-man development team at FYQD-Studio, who wanted to focus on adding content to give players a more satisfying experience.

Bright Memory: Infinite is a game that will appeal to fans of FPS and action games, who are looking for a new and exciting challenge. It is available on Steam and will be coming soon to Xbox Series X|S. You can also watch 14 minutes of PC gameplay in 4K on YouTube.

One of the most impressive aspects of Bright Memory: Infinite is that it is created by a single developer, Zeng Xiancheng, who goes by the alias FYQD-Studio. He started working on the game in 2015, using Unreal Engine 4. He released the first episode of Bright Memory as an early access title in 2019, and received positive feedback from players and critics. He then decided to expand the game into a full-fledged sequel, Bright Memory: Infinite, and hired some freelance artists and voice actors to help him with the project. He also received support from Epic Games and Microsoft, who featured his game in their showcases.

The game is estimated to be around 4 to 5 hours long, depending on the player’s skill level and exploration. It has a linear story mode, but also offers some optional side missions and secrets to discover. The game also has a New Game Plus mode, which allows players to replay the game with all their skills and weapons unlocked. The game does not have any multiplayer or co-op modes, as the developer wanted to focus on delivering a polished single-player experience.

The game offers a variety of skills and abilities for players to use in combat. Some of them are:

  • Light Blade: A sword that can be used to slash enemies, deflect bullets, and perform aerial attacks.
  • EMP: A device that can stun enemies and disable their shields.
  • Grapple: A tool that can be used to pull enemies closer or swing across gaps.
  • Time Freeze: A skill that can slow down time for a short duration.
  • Lightning Strike: A skill that can summon a bolt of lightning to strike enemies.
  • Telekinesis: A skill that can lift and throw objects or enemies.

The game has received mostly positive reviews from critics and players, who praised its graphics, gameplay, and action. Some of the reviews are:
